I began traveling internationally later in life, my first trip was to Ireland in 2001 and that trip set the stage for me to become a travel consultant in 2005. I will never forget the experience of walking the streets of Dublin wandering in and out of buildings that have seen hundreds of years of humanity pass through their doors and archways. The stones that had been trod on and worn down were brand new to me. I saw my first castles along the way to Limerick and more traveling over the Burren to Galway. Since that trip I have visited many countries and Caribbean islands. People ask “what was your favorite?”. How to answer? Was it my first time in South Africa seeing Giraffes enjoying a tree top buffet, wandering through ancient temples in Angkor Wat with a guide who knew all the best angles to see the temples from, watching the sunset sitting on the beach in Barbados, eating pizza in Naples or seeing icon NYC in three days? Maybe my favorite experience is yet to be… sailing some of the lesser known Greek isles on a private Gulet this fall with family and friends
